Eat Stop Eat Review

Eat Stop Eat Cover

I recently came across a new diet concept called Eat Stop Eat.  Brad Pilon’s guide has become popular among media and individuals who don’t have the time to follow 5 – 6 meals a day.

For many of us planning your meals and having a busy lifestyle can be a challenge.  If you want to control your calorie intake easily then this diet plan may be for you.

The concept behind EatStopEat is that you should follow one or two 24 hour fast periods in a week.  During the fast you will eat nothing but black coffee and drink plenty of water.  The secrets to making this diet work are layed out in the diet plan.

If you are concerned about starvation mode and muscle loss as you should be.  Then reading the research Brad Pilon has layed out in his system will put your worries to rest.  He explains how fasting can help boost growth hormone levels, increase fast loss levels and boost health.

I actually like the fast and energy and fat loss gained from it.  I feel more energized and feel like I have spring in my step.  However, following a strict fast may not be for everyone.  You don’t have to follow this diet if you don’t want to.  It’s a lifestyle change for those who are willing to follow and are disciplined.

It does not contain any workout but you could try the Fat Burning Furnace if you are interested.

If you are pregnant or have diabetes you should consult a doctor or Brad Pilon on the website before starting the Eat Stop Eat system.

There are people who have complained of headaches following this diet thinking it’s a scam.  I contribute this partly to not follow the system layed out in the Eat Stop Eat guide.
